At American Dream Path Regional Center, our journey started with a passion for helping people achieve their dreams of living in the United States. As a resident of Miami for the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting many international visitors who aspire to make the U.S. their home. Through our EB-5 Regional Center, we are turning this dream into a reality for our investors and their families.

While we have been involved in real estate development since 2016, we officially established the EB-5 Regional Center in 2025, combining our nine years of experience in development and real estate with a deep understanding of the U.S. immigration system. Our mission is simple—get our investors a green card while ensuring their investment remains safe.

Brett Sherman
Founder & Manager

I’m Brett Sherman, with 15 years in real estate and 9 years in development. Personally financing my projects has given me comprehensive experience in all phases of development. Holding a degree in finance with a focus on real estate, I am dedicated to delivering successful projects and excellent returns for our investors.

Scott Gordon
Head Commercial Real Estate Broker

Scott Gordon brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. His main responsibilities are sourcing new deals, negotiating terms, and managing listings. With a deep understanding of the commercial market, Scott ensures that our projects are well-positioned for growth and profitability.

Ryan Mosele
Head Residential Real Estate Broker

Ryan Mosele focuses on residential acquisitions, identifying ideal land for development, and overseeing property rentals. He works to ensure that our residential projects meet the highest standards and achieve full occupancy, making them highly desirable to both investors and tenants.

Our Track Record

Even though we're a new EB-5 Regional Center, we have a strong history in real estate. In the past nine years, we've finished over seven projects, including homes, business properties, and mixed-use buildings. Our hands-on work with these projects helps us find great investment opportunities.

As we develop our EB-5 program, we ensure all projects meet job creation and economic impact requirements. Our projects have created jobs in building, property management, and local services, boosting local economies and neighborhoods.

These projects follow EB-5 requirements and help grow the communities around them. Here are some of the projects we're working on:

Hotel Development:

  • Location: Miami
  • Plan: Transform an underperforming property into a successful boutique hotel.
  • Goals: Create jobs in hospitality and construction, and cater to Miami’s growing tourism market.
  • Outcome: Sell the hotel once it’s profitable to provide strong returns for EB-5 investors.
  • Total Capital Needed: Approximately $12 million
  • Timeline: 5 years
  • Investment Focus: Hotel renovation and operation, job creation in the hospitality sector 

Apartment Complex Development:

  • Location: South Florida
  • Plan: Develop a 20-unit luxury apartment complex in a growing area.
  • Goals: Meet the demand for quality rental housing with units for long-term tenants.
  • Outcome: Option to sell or refinance the property after it’s rented out for return or long-term income.
  • Total Capital Needed: Approximately $10 million
  • Timeline: 5 years
  • Investment Focus: High-end residential living, long-term rental income, job creation in construction and property management 

Commercial Value-Add Projects:

  • Scope: Focus on purchasing and renovating underperforming commercial properties (e.g., office buildings, retail centers, warehouses) to attract higher-paying tenants.
  • Example Project 1: Renovate a commercial office building in a key Miami neighborhood to update amenities, improve infrastructure, and attract quality tenants, increasing rents and property value.
  • Example Project 2: Redevelop a retail strip center in a growing suburban area to enhance aesthetics, upgrade the building, and attract higher-paying tenants.
  • Example Project 3: Renovate an industrial warehouse to meet the high demand for logistics and distribution, increasing occupancy and attracting tenants with higher rents.

  • Timeline: 2-3 years per project
